Ethical Angel is on a mission to combine a high-touch HR service with technology to engage and develop employees through volunteering, payroll donations, and the causes that matter to them.
A lot of people complain about millennials and their work ethic, but whether people like it or not, employees are changing as younger generations join and dominate the workforce. Employees are becoming more disengaged with their business but more socially conscious.
The obvious solution to this is for the company to help get them into socially impactful volunteer opportunities and causes. But of course, what company wants to dedicate

London-based Ethical Angel has developed a social-good / fintech / SaaS platform to help businesses, employees, and social causes alike. It learns what employees are looking for and provides them with unique experiences to engage with global causes remotely or in person.
