We all know how challenging it can be to find holiday accommodation – there are so many places to look for a start! However if you’re a holiday home owner, it’s not that easy either – for a similar reason. Deciding which platforms are best for you to showcase your property can be a challenge, never mind how time consuming it is.That however need no longer be the case thanks to our latest startup of the week.
TravelNest is a unique software solution for holiday home owners.
Here’s how it works:
Simply add your property or properties to the TravelNest platform (which will take just a few minutes).
TravelNest will then advertise your property across 30+ channels and boost your property’s search rankings. The result? Your property will have improved visibility which in turn will help you achieve better occupancy rates and consequently increase your revenue.TravelNest works with all the big players – from Airbnb to TripAdvisor and really maximises the potential reach that your property will have.
As you’d expect, TravelNest charge a commission for their services, however this is only charged once a booking has been confirmed. Details of the commission rates and payment terms etc. can be found on the TravelNest site.
For holiday home owners, it makes the marketing of properties an absolute doddle. After all, you simply list your property on one platform and yet thanks to TravelNest it gets promoted on over 30 leading sites. What’s not to love about that!
